I just Googled for the definition of "truculence", and it sent me to the video of McGrattan scoring.

No, three against the Avs. 1 GA in 3 of the last four starts for Ramo, 3 wins in his last 4 starts too.

Ramo is clearly staking his claim to be the #1 goaltender. His play of late has been awesome.

How ironic that Bertuzzied gets banned for life on the same day that Butler scores the OT winner.

Also just noticed...
With 5 more points and 2 more games played than the Flames, the Canes are currently in the playoffs for the east

The same president of hockey ops that jumped out of his chair cheering when Butler scored? He's obviously not cheering for losses and the only fans that cheer for losses belong with the Oilers. Those "useless" games that we won last year that put us out of a top 5 selection in the draft didn't really hurt our rebuild at all, as the only guy I MIGHT take over Monahan right now is MacKinnon. The hockey gods are funny that way, fortune smiles on the teams that play with honor and self respect. We're what, 1/2 of a shortened season plus 3 months into a rebuild and we're already ahead ofnthe Oilers who are in year 4. There is just no point in cheering for losses when the worst record in the league only has a 25% chance of drafting first. Also personally, I would feel dirty actively cheering against the team I've cheered for, for the last 31 years.

Something in the off topic forum I think. Personally I find a lot of posters much, much more annoying.

Ran in to Burkie leaving the catwalk in the press level (thanks ZDogg). Asked him who the frontrunner on the list was.
"Too early to tell."
Wished him good luck in the search... All while wearing my Baertschi Abbotsford jersey LOL.
