I would have liked to see Iginla grab the empty netter, but yea, booing when his attempt got blocked was garbage..

I love that the Bruins all came out to make Iginla do two laps of the ice. I'm really surprised Giordano didn't bring the team back to witness it and give some high fives, especially for how Iggy made the Flames come back to shake Linden's hand for Trevor's last game. I understand it isn't Jarome's last game, but if the Bruins are all out there, you'd think his former teammates would want to be as well.

I loved seeing #12 back on Calgary ice. I miss the guy, even if it was the right move for him to move on. It's too bad Calgary lost the game.

Solid first 40 minutes, really terrible last 20. Just let the Bruins do whatever they wanted.

Great night to see the Iggy tribute and chants from the fans, was awesome to see. What a great guy.

If Ramo started that would have been a win. Berra continues to disappoint me.

Proud to see the standing ovation(s) for Iggy but otherwise the band-wagoners fans should be ashamed.

I want the Flames to play 60 minutes of hockey and not always sit back on leads they have in the third period. They let the Bruins back in the game.

Game will be meaningless in the history of the Flames in every regard except for the fact that it was Iginla's return, so I'm happy for every good thing that happened for him.

This was a nice ceremony and an appropriate thank you to one of the best Flames ever.

Having said that, I hope people can now move on, stop pining for the past, and start looking forward to the next generation. Iggy is gone, that era is over, get over it, cheer for what's to come.

What was I thinking

Perhaps, as I said I was happy to see the standing ovation, I nearly teared up a bit on those final laps around the ice after the game. However what I find absolutely pathetic is the issues I mentioned above. If Iggy had scored the goal ya, I would expect that reaction. That was almost as sad as when the leafs are in town and they drown out the Flames fans.

We cheer for Calgary, but the best player in the history of our franchise deserves recognition. You don't stop liking a player you've looked up to for a decade just because he was traded.

Two thoughts:
- Excellent effort for 40 minutes. Team collectively gave up the last 20. Berra and Brodie looked terrible on the second goal.
- I can't make myself upset about this game. Just chalk it up as the team giving back to Iginla for once by handing the Bruins two points.

I was all for cheering Iggy at the start of the game but loud cheering for Bruin's goals and booing when the Flames stopped Iggy from putting it in the open net was a joke. I guess its not cool to like the Flames again just like in the 90s

cool game to watch, crappy way for it to end. Went into far too much of a shell in the last ten minutes and let it slip.

Colborne takes an untimely, yet flukey penalty, Brodie gets beaten bad by the rookie.
