I think the HD on both consoles will have to be upgraded at some point. I will upgrade my PS4 HD sometime next year I'm thinking. The games on this thing are huge! Not sure why they didn't bother with at least 1TB on both.

For the PS4 I don't see the point. You can fit over 20 games on it at once and for physical discs it takes less than a minute to install. Looking at my Steam list for PC I only have maybe 5 or 6 games installed at a time

Lets say it costs Sony/MS $30 extra for a 1TB HD for each console. Multiply that by the 50 million or more they expect to sell of each console and you will see why they don't especially when they are both losing money on each console with 500GB HD's. The business model of losing money on hardware is the biggest obstacle in the console business as if you have ever worked for big companies you will find that none of them like to lose money even on loss leaders.

Not true, because both consoles use standard components this generation compared to last, they aren't nearly as expensive to produce so neither is being sold at a loss

Yeah I'm not sure who would be playing 20 games at one time. It is pretty simple to just delete the download for game you are not playing, pending that it doesn't also delete your saved game progress.

Ugh... It started doing the same bs... Crashing when trying to START a game and shutting the system down. I took the XB1 back and exchanged it for another one

Would I be an ####### to state that my PC has only crashed twice since I installed Windows 8 back in March? Both times were while playing BF4 mind you, but that hasn't happened since November

I have both, but the Xbox One is not issue free. I had the cable start "skipping" while running through the Xbox One ona couple of occasions and took a hard reset to get it working again.
New technology and I know what I get as an early adopter.

Don't even get me started on how terrible Windows 8.1 was once it came out.
Sound drivers, graphic card issues...ugh...the worst.

I quit PC gaming years ago and went back for Diablo 3 and then quickly remembered why I quit as being hunched in front of a monitor just isn't relaxing to me. I spend a lot of time in front of a computer and simply enjoy playing games more on a couch looking at a large screen from a distance. I've mastered FPS with analog sticks so it's almost strange using a mouse and keyboard. That's just me but there's no amount of technology that will ever convert me back to PC gaming.
No issues to report with my PS4 and XB1. Right now I finished Killzone and don't have any PS4 games and currently am playing Dead Rising 3, Ryse, and Forza. Next game will be a PS4 one but there's just nothing I want to play outside the games I have.

You know it's funny... I've never once wished my PS4 had any of the features the Xbox One has.
But I guess it's handy to snap in TV when you have to wait through 10-15 minute install times just like last gen
