I'm as big a Baertschi fan as anyone, but he's not the guy you give tons of ice-time to while trying to protect a one goal lead on the 2nd of back to backs.

I agree... with Healy gone this panel actually sounds like they know hockey.

Maybe he earned those minutes with his strong play.

6 minutes were shorthanded and he led the forwards in SH minutes so that explains his ice time total. He deserves the ice time though.

Forget the inevitable Butler hate. Berra was screwed out of his first NHL shutout by the officials.
Yea that was straight up interference not sure why they let that go.

I have no problem with Bouma playing that. He was one of our better players tonight.

no penalties to the team trailing with 5 minutes left, that's an NHL rule

Anyone else shocked that Byron only weighs 153 lbs? I mean, he's obviously small but how does someone that size compete in the NHL? Crazy.

Really? One goal against and now is when you want to call him out?

Why are we getting spoiled with Friedman?

It's almost like HNIC thinks he's not very good, so he now gets saddled with the late game.

Worries me that SN will replace him.

You can't blame the refs. The Flames got away with at least 3 holding/interference penalties with 2 minutes left in the 3rd. I thought for sure they were going to give the Oil a PP to end the game.
