Wasn't a dive. Feet were moving and he fell down. Wrong call by the Ref's.

Solid by the sounds of it.
Although the Heat aren't playing great, they are doing a fairly good job of limiting San Antonio's chances. When they do give up a good chance, Ortio is doing all he can.
