CP Christmas Shinny anyone?V4.2013 Monday Dec 30th, 1pm-3pm Jack Setters Arena
Shinny will be Monday December 30th , Jack Setters Arena 1pm-3pm. If we have 20 skaters cost is 12 bucks.
Just because I am living/staying/visiting ( whatever the gov't calls what I'm doing) in Calgary doesn't mean we have to end this yearly CP tradition. Last year we tried to do 2 skates which was not successful at all. Lets stick to one 1.5 hr session this year and see what we can do? I am not sure where we will do it. I am open to suggestions. Winsport was a nice facility but it's a ways away for me. Not that I mind that. We have done past CP Christmas Shinnys at Fairview and Huntington Hills. We will stick to doing it between Dec 26- Dec 31. I will see if we can get a poll going on here.

NESS would be a good place to get ice due to the bar upstairs. I will probably be interested once I know the dates and location
EDIT: Chestermere is a nice arena too since they have done the upgrades

Do you guys play with equipment? I wouldn't mind joining in (depending on dates) but it's been so long since I've played that I don't have any gear anymore.

just out of curiousity, is the Saddledome available to be rented out in that time period? I've played in Rogers Place, er pardon me, Rexall Place but never the Saddledome.
