Does that grind your gears?
Frustrate you so?
I figured you would take your own advice and just block people you don't like instead of getting upset every time you get ribbed about being ridiculous.
Keep up your off topic drama and maybe you'll be lucky enough to beat me to one!

After looking a little further into it, I'm not sure where the "pylon" idea comes from. McDermid looks like he can play just fine. Probably a little more effective with the puck than Grats, but I suppose we'll find out tonight!
Is he for sure dressing?

Both of you guys get a life, this used to be my favorite place for flames info and hockey stuff in general. The more I have to sift through crap like this to find any actual discussion, the less I come to CP. Crap like this is ruining this site.

I only liked this because of beer.

P.S. Why is everyone getting so b!tchy about a 4th liner being called up to replace another 4th liner?

They feel like someone else such as Ferland is more deserving. MacDermid only will play until Grats comes back then gets set down again.

If Ferland gets called up it'll be later in the season after some trades and they'll make him stick around for 10 or more games.

So every time I don't like a move the team makes, I'm a complainer, a whiner, etc?

I don't like players like MacDermid. He will have no impact on the success of this team.

He's not replacing McGrattan, as evidenced by the fact that we're dressing 7 defencemen tonight. He took Reinhart's spot, who is better in every aspect of hockey except for face punching (if you consider this an aspect).

The only one who blew my post out of proportion was you and dino7c. Ignore my posts and let me have my opinion. You are not a moderator.

I am pumped to see this guy play.

This mgmt has brought in some surprises. I hope Lane has a great game.

Lane's got game. Those who think he's a plugger are in for a surprise.

Ferland's got more game, but mgmt don't want to pigeon-hole him as an enforcer. Calling him up to fill McGrattan's skates sends mixed signals as to what is expected of Ferland.

If he can be more gritty than Jackman and doesn't make any bonehead plays than I welcome him into the lineup with open arms.

Should be fun to watch Lane. Anyone other than Jackman is good in my books.
