It's a good thing Bayern has a plethora of midfielders as Ribery, Schweinsteiger and now Lahm are all injured

Leverkusen is all over United at the moment but can't score

And as I type that United goes on the counter-attack and scores

I don't think Moyes has been managing his playing time like Fergie did --- the year over year contrast is staggering.

Where would United be if they sold Rooney this past summer.

Zlatan ties Ronaldo for CL goals.

As for selling Rooney, it depends on if they'd brought in someone else. As Arsenal learned you cannot count on RvP because he picks up odd injuries almost constantly.

True that.

And speaking of, get Rooney off the field Moyes. Is he not playing against Spurs?

Nope only 5.

That was United's biggest away win in CL.

Levekusen had been so good at home this year too, strange for them to crumble

they are simply not that good. The Bundesliga has been hyped a lot thanks to Bayern and Dortmund, but there's a huge gap between those two and the next tier (Schalke, Leverkusen). In this group stage, Schalke and Leverkusen conceded a combined 15 goals in 4 games vs Chelsea and United.

massive result today. The whole offense was good, particularly happy for Kagawa. He's just a different player when he's allowed to play behind the striker.

Add Robben to the list for 6 weeks.
