He's about as big as the average forward there haha so I could see it.

No chance. Team Canada is insanely deep at forward. If they made 2 teams he still wouldn't make it

They have won 2 of the last 3 Gold Medals so I think they are doing a decent jobs of choosing the right guys and trying "new and creative" things.

Quality replies, people. Unsubstantiated opinions only reinforce the notion that comments like "lol" are the expected quality of discussion here.

Likely wouldn't crack the top 6 of Team GTA.
Neal - Tavares - Stamkos
Nash - Spezza - Seguin
Moulson -Cammaleri - Skinner
Stajan - Bolland - Clarkson

That loss is a direct result of going with the guys from the previous team as much as possible, despite it being four years later.

Well I didn't just mean the roster. Kevin Lowe is still part of the management group... yeah I could go further but I really don't have to to end this debate.

Yeah he has a chance... if Sharp, Crosby, E. Staal, Duchene, Toews, Nash, Benn, Getzlaf, Perry, Couture, Tavares, St. Louis, Bergeron, Giroux, J. Staal, Seguin, Lupul, Iginla, Doan, and a few others are all injured in February.
Edit: Oh and Monahan

I think Giordano would have a better shot at playing for team canada than cammalleri... He's a left-handed defenceman who can do it all. He wins battles along the boards against the best players in the league. He's one of the best shot blockers in the NHL. He's got great speed and can make smart plays. He's scoring at a point per game this year. He's played on the big ice before. Another bonus over other guys that he would compete with for that spot on the team is that he is not as prone to stupid mistakes like subban or Letang are.
Team canada is going to have plenty of guys on the back end who can create offence (weber, Keith, petrangelo, doughty) but giordano can bring other intangibles as well. I think he and Marc Edward Vlasic are pretty comparable but gio has more overall skill.
I don't think giordano will be on the roster but I honestly believe if he keeps playing like he is, he should be there.
