Oh, I recall...

Calling that a "fight" with dillon is a bit of a stretch to be honest.

...and I'm still not sure why Stempniak needed someone to do the retribution on Ference on his behalf.

Why couldn't/shouldn't Stempniak go after Ference?

...Stempniak is a bit of a wimp. A likeable wimp...but a wimp nonetheless.

Hard to think he would have let any more in.

The Kings have done a good job of killing their chances so far this game.

I'm starting to have Blackhawks flashbacks inside my head right now. Go away.

I'm not..I'm joking around. I've been pretty vocal in the Stempniak thread..I think Hyde understood the comment.

A wimp? The guy was in a walking boot and playing games for weeks with a broken foot.

How big exactly does this clownnouncer think Clifford is? It's not like he's a giant red dog.

If that wank CBC announcer says it was a cross check, then there should have been an arm in the air. The refs are really letting LA players get away with a lot.

Stempniak is like the Dangerfield of the Flames...personally, I think he's gotten better and better since we got him.

I hope he re-ups with the Flames.

The Kings are stepping up their game. Start pushing back a little Flames. Don't give them any chance.

Because that is the reason for a guy like McGrattan on the roster, first of all, in addition to other players that play that style more so then Stemniak. Second of all, a guy that fought twice in his 7 year career before the above referenced incidents isn't a fighter and shouldn't be allowed to be bullied like that.

I disagree just because Stempniak isn't a fighter doen't mean he's a wimp. He did the smart thing on the Ference play and let Ference take the extra 2 minutes, they didn't capitalize. And with the team we have Stempniak on the ice is much more valuable to the team than Stempniak in the box for 5 minutes. Toughness is not just fist fighting. Stempniak plays a tough game along the boards which we don't have much of on the team.
