Agreed, him or Ortio

It appears that the parent who signed the Flames up for this California tournament registered Calgary in the wrong division.

They should really tie a rope from Berra's back to the cross bar.

He's 10 games into his NHL career now, he needs to start learning to make adjustments. The goaltending coach should also be on him for this.

They serve their purpose for now. No sense in messing with things.

Goaltending is likely worst in the league (not writing them off career wise but wow are they has this year)
I can see every team behind us but Buffalo passing us eventually.

Slightly off topic, but Roger Millions has always been very engaging with fans. I sent him a pm asking about his opinion on the new TV deal, and if had heard anything about people moving/being promoted etc.

He responded at 8:30 this morning. That means he was in Anaheim getting ready for the game, but still took the time to respond. Always liked that about him.

They already are below us and they should not be. They will go past us. They better...

So...what did he say? You can't just post that and leave it like that.

That's been the biggest change for Carey Price this year. Goaltending coach has him staying in his net and not getting overaggressive. And he's been spectacular.

I think we should coax Reggie Lemelin out of retirement

They say it takes between 20-30 games to really adjust. I'm hoping he finds it soon. Hockey Central even mentioned it right now, with the thinner ice these European goalies always seem to overextend themselves and overcommit physically.

That's why I like Berra having all these starts, even if he hasn't been performing it's what's needed for him to adjust. I just wish there was a way for Ramo to get some more on ice experience too. I'd say send him to the Heat for a bit but I don't want him to take games away from Ortio.

Roger is a very nice, and candid guy. When we did the Sportsnet piece with him, he had some great stories. And he is even a nicer guy to do business with .

First goal was for sure. He pushed too far out to the left in his butterfly exposing too much net. The second was a coin flip. Redirected tip.

First one was as long as you have a goalie in the net, ours was in the corner.

Second was a nice tip by perry. Hard to fault goalies on those.

Pretty easy to fault the goalie for being closer to the corner than the crease on the first one. Give yourself a chance for the puck to hit you at least.

It may take 20-30 games to adjust. But the mistakes that Berra makes sure don't look like little adjustments. To me an adjustment means deciding to be a half-foot deeper in the crease or something like that. But if you're going to swim 5 feet out of your crease simply because a guy is holding onto the puck...

Brodie doing a whole lot of standing around with the puck. Not his thing, he is best when he skates.
