Who is this Russian goalie? He is just dominating this series. He's undrafted and his stats in Russian don't look that great (although I have nothing to compare the stats)http://www.eliteprospects.com/player.php?player=123057 |

I'm going to the game tonight. I am looking forward to seeing Klimchuk and both of the Reinharts. Anyone else doing really good that I should be paying attention to?

I will also be attending the game. I will try to keep an eye on the flames prospects and maybe tell you guys what I saw. No guarantees though because I plan on drinking in excess.

My seats are right by the benches so I'm going to heckle him all night. Will let you know how that works out.

No kidding.

I was giving him the benefit of the doubt during the Russian anthem because that'd be tough unless you were pretty fluent, but then ####ing up Canada's anthem? Ouch...

I don't think that goal should of counted.
Lol as for the anthem I just had a feeling he was going to f it up before he even did. Pretty funny "oh shhitt we stand on guard.."

Klimchuk finished the night with an assist, a +2 rating, and an injury. He hobbled off the ice with roughly eight minutes remaining in the game after getting into a collision behind the Russian net. He did not play another shift after that.

Hopefully it is just a minor issue and won't keep him out of any action moving forward.

On the whole I thought he was absolutely fantastic tonight. His "200" foot game is very polished for a player his age, and while he may not be the biggest guy out there he sure likes to finish his checks. I would say he was the best player on the forecheck for team WHL.
