Tim Harrison on fire with another assist! Giving him 2 on the year...but points in consecutive games. Kenny Agostino gets a pair of assists as Yale is the team that knocks off Colgate, 5-2.

Friars lose 3-2. Presumably gillies injury wasn't too serious as he played out the period before sitting out the 3rd

2 assists for Culkin in a 4-1 win. Nothing for Poirier in a 6-3 loss.

In WHL news, Brett Kulak continues his strong play with a goal and a +1. Keegan Kanzig had no points and a +2, while Eric Roy and Morgan Klimchuk also had no points and were -2 and -1 respectively.

another assist for Culkin tonight. Gordon is not in the lineup today due to a lower body injury. Roy, Kanzig and Klimchuk are playing tonight, but no points yet.

The reports of his (near) death are greatly exaggerated.

Curious as well. I hoped he would be fit enough for the WJC, but with no news that may not be likely.

How Long Does Staph Infection Last?
Minor skin infections caused by staph bacteria usually clear up within a week, whereas more serious widespread illnesses may take several weeks to more than a month to get better.
|
Apparently, this is a pretty damn bad staph infection.

Yikes... Flames medical staff have a lot to answer for if their injection caused this infection. Poor kid's in his first pro season & gets sidelined in prime development time. Just bad luck I guess.

Fair objection, but upon reflection it was the Flames medical staff who's inspection and detection of the injection infection led to the correction for the player's protection, so maybe make an exception?
