Haha, not quite. Benoit Groulx (Gatineau) is the head coach.. which is why I find it strange that he is seemingly being benched. Maybe he is nursing an injury?
Scott McLaughlin @smclaughlin92m Guiltinan runs Gaudreau from behind. He's ejected. Arnold goes after Guiltinan and a nice brawl breaks out. Gaudreau appears to be OK.

Arnold gets 2 for cross checking , 5 for grabbing the face mask, 10 for a game misconduct.
His night ends with 2 assists, 4 shots and +3.

Poirier is getting very little icetime for whatever reason.
I just started watching the game, but Poirer's line looked good in that last series near the end of the game. Gauthier was probably the best forward on that line though.

Yeah that was the best shift of the game for that line to this point.
I missed the first four minutes of the game, but from what I have seen Poirier has only had 5 or 6 shifts and can't have more than around five minutes of icetime. He has yet to have an opportunity on the PP, and has only played one or two shifts on the PK.
In saying that he has been on the ice for two goals against (neither of which were his fault) so maybe that is the issue?
I know most eyes will be on the Flames game tonight, but if you venture over to Shaw, you can see Flames prospect Morgan Klimchuk and the Regina Pats take on the Red Deer Rebels. Game starts at 7:00 pm MST.
