I'm not buying it. It is impossible to work day in and day out on 4 hours sleep without losing focus and productivity. Unless he sleeps on meetings and flights. Not to mention, long sleeps and regular breaks at work will make you more productive and focused.

Do we really need to debate whether or not that man occasionally pulls 18 hour days?
