I once did this by a mistake. I just totally forgot to pay and left. I realized about an hour later and went back to pay. I was very apologetic, but they were so frickin' angry at me over it in spite of doing the right thing, that I wished I had just left it.
Also, that guy is so busted. Someone will rat him out.

c.t.ner lives in Ottawa, but is moving back to Calgary in a week. Seems like a suspiciously short time frame for a cross-country move. $20 bucks says he's just holding out in a Chicken on the Way basement so his story makes sense.
