I don't need a player to tell me how the game went. I already watchedit on NHL ccenter Ice. That fact is every point stil counts. If you arent compitive enough to care go play rec hockey.

Give the Flames credit for never giving up. I got home from pool in time to see Russell score one on the PP with my next thoughts being we are going to tie this game up. In the end we stole a point from the Sharks.

counts for what? team is missing the playoffs...effort counts more for me right now. Can't believe people are happy with that abortion, glad the team isn't "taking the point" they are embarrassed as they should be

Oh for Christs sake, they're not going to make the playoffs. Why the hell would anyone try to hold on to that in the first year of a rebuild? Like seriously.

I doubt many here are happy with the effort.

Didnt like our goalie being crashed into over and over.

When you are getting dominated and the opponent consistently crashes your net, use it as an opportnity to deliver a message that such behavior will not be tolerated

don't look now, but the next 4 flames games are against teams that are playing their second on back to back nights (must be some sorta scheduling anomaly).....

stars/oilers/jets/jackets.... those look like teams the flames should be able to compete and win against, especially when fatigue is considered.

He's called out three posters in this thread alone, and has knowledge of green text. I'm guessing he's another version of Beerfest.

what are you guys complaining about??? first home game back, crappy first 2 periods, but instead of rolling over for the final 20, they made a game of it and earned a point.

if the flames won in ot/so would you all still be this disappointed about the first 40 mins???

this team continues to show resilience and an unwillingness to quit. Young, rebuilding team, that is extremely high praise that should be applauded in my opinion.
