What I find interesting is how he talks about birds in the video. It could mean a few things but birds is slang for a large amount of cocaine.

Other than looking stupid, being angry, blubbering on and on and clearly being drunk or high, this video proves nothing. All it does is embarrass him.

It's no different than watching a video of a kid having a fit. I'm not sure what the Star is trying to prove by showing this.

He is talking about killing someone. And there is recently murdered people he associated with..... I dunno man. Could be significant. Everything to this point proves this guy is all about self preservation.

Probably that he was incredibly coked up in the video. Other than that though, I'm sure every mayor has a video of them threatening to murder people (serious or not).
