That was intense. I don't even think it was a knife. It looks like a splintered shard from a door frame or something.

It was a glass shard from the door they crashed through.
I dont know why people are squeamish over it.
Fishes have it worse when their full mass is pulled by fish hooks

I don't like how many shows are using digital blood now. I realize it makes it a lot easier to do multiple takes (and can keep a show like this or Game of Thrones on budget) because they don't need to clean everything up to shoot again, but it just doesn't look right.

I have a questions: How come we never hear about Chaulky White and Dr. Narcisse during Black History Month?
Are these made up characters?

ALL ABOARD!

Most of the characters are fictional. They're just placed in the real world with some historical figures.
Even if they were real, they're not exactly positive examples of black historical figures.

What about the events to go with the real historical figures?
Someone mentioned Al Capone's brother getting gunned down being real, but what about Capone's visit to Atlantic City to help out Nucky and his war against Gyp?

Nucky is a fictional character too. They seem to be mixing the fictional events with historical events.

My name is Nelson Van Alden. Take off your night gown.
So awesome!
Great episode tonight again.
Really hope Chalky makes it out of this alive - Narcisse is a great villain.

Narcisse or Gyp Rosetti, better villain? My vote is definitely for Gyp, but Narcisse is no slouch.

I like that they are almost extreme opposites, Gyp was hot headed and Narcisse is cold and calculated... How many episodes left this season? Must be getting near the end...

Narcisse is like a dinner plate covering up a volcano though. There's just so much rage just under the surface that he keeps bottled up.

I think he dies soon. He seems to be this seasons Rob Stark, making bad decisions every single episode

So who does everyone think Roy really is? My guess is he's a PI hired by "Jimmy's" parents or some relative. Either way I suspect Gillian is about to get crushed which will make for a great scene.
