Probably close to 80 in Springbank Hill but that's way below normal - perhaps partly because there were a lot of spoilsports on my cul-de-sac not giving out candy.

We just had 4 kids in our cul-de-sac (Royal Oak). Probably because we were out trick or treating with my daughter. There were a ton of kids out at that time

Pretty busy here in West Springs... almost out of Candy - our 2 year old was pretty generous with giving out candy - think we have had at least 100 kids

7 tonight in our complex in Canyon Meadows, up by 1 from last year's total of 6. Probably doesn't help that 2-3 doors on either side of us are lights out.
Anyways I bought 8 full sized Kit Kats this year, so assuming no one else shows up, there's one left for me.

Final tally of 51. More than double the previous 9 years combined (albeit I split time between a condo and a house by the university in those 9 years).

I thought the Car2Go kid would be the best costume tonight, but I just got a kid as the dog from the "Da Funk" video. Awesome.

We had about 11. Signature Parke.
I took my three-year-old son out and we got this at one house - a Focus on the Family anti-bullying CD.

90 in Discovery. Many parents dressed too. I dressed as an ugly old fat dude...took no time at all, some people just dont put in the effort.
Spent hours with my son making a sword, a shield and other "knight" stuff. Painted it all. Last minute he decided to be Captain America again. Oh well.

59 kids in Sundance - not bad but down a little from last year. I just shut it down for the night. We were handing out tootsie pops, rockets, mini chocoloate bars, and bagged candy. (swedish berries, sour peaches, etc) Got about half a bag left for the Flames game tomorrow night.
No real standout costumes this year, although one kid dressed as a Knight Templar actually had real chain mail - that was pretty impressive. No teenagers at all this year either; I think the oldest kids we got were probably 11 or 12.

Our Final is 42 in Auburn Bay. 75% of them were really young 3-6 yrs old. I think our count will increase yearly for the next while.

we had just over 30 kids come by - the oldest was maybe grade 5
i don't 'get' my wife. earlier this week she was complaining that she thinks she's putting on a little weight and we need to eat healthier. ok - i'm fine with that. 2 days later she goes and buys 2 boxes of mini chocolate bars (so 300 total!). i asked her what planet she's on since we only ever get 30-40 kids. she then went a took out all the ones that she likes the best and left the rest for us to give out. when i reminded her about eating healthier she just sorta got quiet and didn't want to talk about it - ha!
all i know is the last pack of kids just loved me. i told them to hold up becuz we were shutting down for the night... i loaded them up with a crap load of candy! yee ha!

We didn't hand out this year but in years past, we've only had below 200 kids once, because of crappy weather. The house on the corner does this kick ass haunted house that the kids have to navigate to get up to their front door for candy and it's very popular. Because of that, we end up with tons and tons of kids on our street. I think our highest count in the last 7 years has been almost 300. It was packed out there tonight so I would imagine we'd have been looking at over 250 kids this year.
Both my 'kids' went to friends' places to help hand out candy, so it is very quiet here right now, which works out fine, since I have a stress induced headache, LOL.
