Hartley has done incredible things in calgary. He has been nothing short of an incredible coach so far. At this point I trust whatever his methods are because right now the Flames are waaaay better than they have any right to be. He knows what he's doing, now let him do it.

I think Hartley cares about Sven, I think he just wants him to learn how to raise his game.

Is there a site that tracks the time in each offensive zone?
We have to be at 30min in the Leaf zone by now.

The Flames need to get younger.
Players like Stajan, Stempniak, and Cammalleri won't be here next season.
Baertschi and Backlund will.
And even with that said, these two players have not played bad at all. They should be playing more than they are.

Bernier 2... Flames 1.
Bernier is the only reason the Leafs are still in the game.

Oilers:
Your young fragile star player appears to get injured on a dirty knee on knee? Nobody does anything at all.
Flames:
Your replacement defenceman takes a dirty hit but is fine? We break the guys fricken nose.
I love this team.

Total domination by the Flames so far. The only thing keeping the Leafs in it is Bernier. Shots are 35-15 in favor of Calgary.

And last year they were crap, with a better roster, so "incredible coach" is a little extreme.
Regarding the Sven treatment, it's ridiculous. If this is their plan, and all of management is kosher with it, then we're in trouble.
