No wonder Arizona hates hockey. I get that winning puts butts in seats.............but I'm sure this brand of snooze really pushes that formula in a non hockey market.
Not sure I would like hockey if games like that were my consistent reference point.

Well oh well, at least this is close. I would not pay a dime to watch the desert dogs though, 'cause I don't pay to get myself into sleep in a uncomfortable seat.

Should have gotten a point out of that effort, but that was pretty horrendous by MacDonald. At least Ramo should get the ball to run with...

did Sportsnet fail to show Bodeker running over Macdonald seconds before the winning goal? Mac was out of position because of the interference

3rd game in 4 nights...and it showed.
joey wasnt good on a couple goals but didnt have a chance on the second one...and he made some good saves...he was meh
team really looks like Gio is the guy who stirs the drink, and better hope he is back real quick.
Wideman is a workhorse...cant imagine how bad that D would be without him playing half this game...unreal.
Where was Sven tonight? Seriously barely noticed him at all.
Glencross has to get out of his funk licketysplit...team needs him to get going.
All in all though....no complaints here. Still doing far better than anyone expected.

No reason to have Glencross out there in the final minute. Its unbelievable how bad he has been this year.

If we are giving the kids a chance, we have to get them out there.

I can't believe comments like this keep happenning. While agree I have no clue what Glencross is doing to get end of the game ice time, there is far too much concern with "rookie / young guy" ice time and situation.
- Monahan is off to a start none of us could have imagined in our wildest dreams.
- Sven looks good and is appearing to be an incredibly complete player.
- Bouma is becoming the player we all imagined he would be, a checking physical presence.
- Colborne has improved consistently since arriving.
Clearly the coaching staff has a decent read on this team, when to use there players and what is best for the young bucks development. Not really sure how anyone is questioning the decisions at this point.

Glencross needs a night in the pressbox, he seems so disinterested. Hopefully Stajan is back on Thursday and can take his spot (with additional line shuffling).

Morris thinks fans in this division are seeing exciting hockey...............strangly he didn't say any thing about them being an exception.

For me, it has nothing to do with a young guy or rookie having to be on the ice. It has everything to do with how dreadful Glencross has been. He's the least deserving guy on the team to be put out at that point in the game. Pathetic!

Glencross has the game on his stick and fires a grenade to the d-man. Seriously what is wrong with that guy. Injured maybe? Every line combo he was part of was made worse by his presence.
Thank goodness we'll see Ramo next. Two almost gift goals tonight on Macdonald.
Thank goodness that game is over. I think I'd give up watching hockey if that was how every game looked.
Just a miserable brand of hockey by the 'Yotes. Pretty much sucks the soul right out of the game.

I want to smack Tippett for running such a bland system of hockey in this league. The difference between the type of game yesterday and today was day and night. Night because it just made me cranky and wanting to sleep. It may be effective but how on earth do you make it through 82 of that drivel..

After watching the highlights, wow MacDonald. Hopefully we give Ramo the reigns from now on.
And what a beauty of a move by Hudler to get the puck to Colborne who then makes an excellent move on Smith.

how many mississipis does it take for macdonald to move from right to left??
thought the team flat out sucked today, worst game of the year for sure. Which i suppose should be expected given back to back and 3 in 4 on the road.
Really need to get that win in dallas, as a 2-3 roadtrip is much more palatable than 1-4.
Backlund is a tough player to really figure out. is he a scoring center or a checking center, and what should be the expectations??
colborne has done very well this road trip to push for a spot in the top9.
also, i don't understand smith being sent down for breen. breen played just over 7 minutes....
