I don't have a strong opinion of this trade... but its the Oilers, so I'm sure they didn't do well because why would they start now?

He might not be the best player, but he's pretty much the only grit they have, other than the guy they got off waivers from Dallas.
Another trade must be in the works.

Oilers short on grit. Interesting....
But this also spells the end of Pelech in the nhl this season though.

It's not like they are short on useless-end-of-the-roster-5-minute-a-night-designated-face-punchers.
Still have Gadzic and MacIntyre and called up Eager.
