I would definitely suggest watching the TV show Hannibal if you're looking for something creepy this Halloween! It's based off the red dragon book, and is super well done! It stars Lawrence Fishburn and Mads Mikklesen (the villian in Casino Royale) as well as some other no names (Kasey Rohl is real cute). Definitely worth watching!

For those tired of answers that make you keep staring at the picture, very right edge of the photo, just above her shoulder, the shadow looks like a dude's creep right eye, and above it you can see his hair.

These things are way better when they look like wangs.
