Blair Jones is on a one way deal isn't he?
He gets an NHL pay cheque whether here or not but I guess he gets NHL travel/hotels which likely beats what he gets in the AHL.

Good recall for the flames. I've been saying for a year Breen needs an audition at the next level so we actually know what we have in him. Based on what I saw in Abbotsford (granted not much) he will immediately help the PK if nothing else.

Breen was on a conditional stint in the AHL because of his injury. He was going to have to come up sometime. To be assigned fulltime to the AHL he would have to pass through waivers.

According to Cap Geek, you are correct. He is on a one-way deal.
I get the impression that Blair Jones isn't the most popular guy. I think ability-wise, he could be a 4th liner on this team, but for whatever reason, he doesn't fit in.
