Can't in good conscience not post a link to my gf's mother, as she's in the same contest. She's been doing this for a couple years now, and is absolutely ripped (as you will see). She started doing these competitions very late in life, and looks pretty spectacular for 50 years old and she really does have three kids! ("What's your excuse?" lol)
Anyway, not taking anything away from Realtor's friend, but had to add an alternative!
