A bad play from Butler and another by Brodie proved to be the difference, hard to say who deserves the goat horns more.
Otherwise excellent effort and an excellent game to watch from a flames fan's perspective

they lost the game on two blunders, so at least they weren't being outclassed by the ducks. There was a big push once the flames got their legs under them.

Losses are going to happen, but I was pleased with the effort for the most part. Butler made a poor decision which led to a goal for Anaheim and the Jackman penalty was ridiculous. Other than that it was entertaining, and I look forward to seeing how they rebound after a loss. It's a big test Saturday night in San Jose. Hopefully the effort and system play continue.

Curtis Glencross' minus-3 tonight stands out but no more than another zero in his shots column. This is game six. He's only had seven shots.

Glenny has to start shooting more for sure.

Even before that Glencross had a chance to dump it in deep and went rinkwide. Turnover...

Outshot the Ducks 35-22

same Ducks that had 56 shots on the Sens on the weekend, nothing wrong with that game

Amazing effort in that 3rd period. Colborne was awesome and I really liked Sven tonight as well. Russell also impressed on the back end.

Glencross really annoys me, when he is on he's unbelievable but when he is off he's damn embarrassing, so lazy. They also pretty much lost every draw in the last 10 min of the game, needs work.

It is night and day watching this team compared to the last few years. Great to watch.

Wake up Hartley!!
I agree Glencross doesnt fit this team and have said so all year.
He has proven himself to be a top player on this team in the past and has a NMC so Hartley playing him is fine.
By your ruling, Colorne should have seen no ice for sucking in the first 3 games and came out as one of our best young guys tonight.

Well all I said was it could have been a different outcome if they had won a few more faceoffs, obviously a 19 year old going up against Getzlaf isn't going to have much success.
