other than the PP and the stupid mistakes the Flames have played pretty good
this is the team that had 56 shots on the sens
and toss Lovejoy from the game...ref was looking right at it!

I was hoping the Anaheim curse would finally come to an end tonight, but it's not looking good. Flames not playing with enough urgency, and our PP is atrocious.

I know that the 2 penaltys didn't do us any harm but still, they were 2 stupid penaltys to take, no need for them to be taken. Gonna take a massive effort in the 3rd now to tie this never mind win it. PP isn't that great (bar the shorthanded goal) for the Flames either tonight.

Basing Glencross or Street on plus minus isn't really watching the game.
A lazy play by Stempniak letting Penner skate past him on goal 1, then giveaways by defenseman the end up being odd man rushes the other way on the next two, with forwards nowhere near the puck or to blame, is pretty unfair to be pinning anything on them.
