I think we can all agree Luongo needs out of Vancouver badly. It's just not meant to be in the stars.

Had an idea!

I think all 3 players are to blame. Stupid play by his defense, but he has to be aware of what is happening around him.

Pump the puck into your own net, stand over the goalie you just screwed over, and skate away without a word. Boy, are the Canucks beauties. You could tell the entire rest of the game that Luongo was absolutely pissed off.

Watch the replay. It wasn't Hamhuis's fault. The Canuck skating by kicks it off his stick.

Reporter: "Have you given up a more bizarre GWG?"
Luongo: "I didn't give that up"
I hope that was Luongo throwing Hamhuis under the bus. That was the Luongo that could stop pucks.

Oh yeah, definitely a folly. But cold-shouldering your goalie is definitely awkward. That locker room must be a mess.

I get that impression too. The reaction of Hamhuis after the goal and Luongos "it wasn't me" speech are indicating to me that this is not a room where guys stand up for their teammates. I mean, fluke goals happen from time to time ... brush it off and continue, not try to throw your teammate under the bus.

I liked that old teleporter one, but the last puck that goes in should bank off his skate and in.

Hamhuis also wasn't taking the blame either in his post-game interview

Luongo, as professional as he seems to be, must HATE everyday.
He even said that he discussed with his agents/ PA how to terminate his contract.
That room is broken.

Which makes it easy for someone to take the blame, if they were smart.
