What a great couple of days. Flames win and the kids continue to dominate and then tonight both the Coilers and Cansucks are embarrassed. I love it!

-Oilers blow lead, Yakupov scratched and Dubnyk proving he is just an ECHL goal at best
-Nucks let in one of the most bizarre own goals ever and lose.
Could this night have been any better?

The best part of that was the ref actually looking embarrassed as he pointed to the net to signal the goal.
And now that San Jose has won, the Pacific has one team at ten points, two at eight, three at six, and you know who bringing up the rear with three. The Oilers really need to get it going, or rebuild year nine is going to see them buried by the start of November.

The Leafs haven't even come close to bringing their A-game and they're 5-1. Scary. Wait till Clarkson makes his debut.

Man Patrick Roy is doing wonders in Colorado thus far. Early in the season of course, but as a fan of his it's good to see the early success he's having. 4 goals against in five games, maybe it shouldn't be much of a surprise that the best goalie of all-time could do wonders with his goaltender tandem.
Victories in Toronto, Boston, and Washington, and they've won all their games by two more goals or more. Easier to cheer for him when they're no longer in our division.

Statsny - Landeskog - Duchene - O Reilly - Tangs - Hedja .... They are deep at forward.

Not really at all. There are maybe 5 goalies in that discussion, and a whole pile of reasons you could say that he is.
