Default Sergei Federov making a comeback in the KHL

I heard on the fan that he was making a comeback to hockey in the KHL. There seems to be a lot of news on the online that this is the case. NEAT.

What about his brother, the infamous Fedor Fedorov?

Why would the GM even sign him? He's 43 years old!
GM must not have an eye for talent

That team must be in dire straights for the 43 year old GM to lace 'em up.

He was one of my favourite players back in the day. He was great in pretty much all aspects of the game. I even recall him switching from centre to defense at one point.

Hard to believe he's been outta the NHL for so long. Seems like yesterday he was manning the Caps blueline.

The KHL where players play the opposite of the NHL brand of hockey. Full of Fluffs and powderpuffs.
As for Federov best guess he just loves skating and playing the game and he is less likely to get hurt in the KHL. No harm in that. When he was at his best he had some super skillful years in the NHL. A couple monster years and 5-6 very good seasons but his last 6 or 7 seasons after the Redwings he was really, just average.

Yes it was a joke. I didn't think I needed green text there but apparently I did.

If he can play, good on him. Age doesn't matter... If I could play in any pro league at my age, I would play!

Maybe but I think he just wants the money. Fedorov has always had problems financially even while raking in the millions.
