Alas, it is too late. The precious key has been used. The game is....ok. Nothing to complain about, seeing as it's free. Nothing that really distinguishes it from other trading card games, though, other than getting to play against other people online.

Man, opt in waves, big giveaways, still nothing, my plan to play Heartstone on my laptop for my whole vacation is starting to slip away, I leave on Saturday!
For the amount of time I've spent entering giveaways, I should have just bought one off eBay lol.

While waiting for a chance to get into Hearthstone, I installed Magic 2014 off Steam. I haven't played MTG in about eight years, and my first battle went along the lines of "How did they kill my flier, and WTF is reach?"
I never could get into MTG Online though. if I'm going to buy a pack of cards, I'd rather it was the real thing. Hearthstone will probably be different since the game is entirely online.

I was the same until I realized that I really want to get better at drafting. It costs me less to draft online and I can play more frequently. Right now a paper draft takes up my entire Friday night after travel time... I can play 2 or 3 in the same amount of time at home
I'll keep playing paper magic though... I enjoy it too much! If I end up with a large collection online I'll probably sell it off for tickets and find a bot that buys tickets for $$
