It's totally legit, could very well be a software bug that opened up the uniform for play.
You can't Mod the Console versions of NHL 14. Those are real screenshots
I'd bet money these are legit, maybe even a pube bet.

Also, the detail of the shoulder patch pretty much confirms it for me. I highly doubt someone trying to post a fake would have had that detailed and mice looking shoulder patches, complete with a rotated full view.

The more I look at it the more I think some young firm won the bid and took the money and went on a 10 week bender. When they finally woke up on pitch day they stopped at a Walmart to pick up a "prototype" on the way to the dome for the presentation.

Just brutal, we're going to look pretty weak in these threads. Im not sure how this is the best they could come up with. Someone should be fired!
Any chance Brian Burke can pull a veto like Mike Keenan did with the 1995 St.Louis uniform??

Ugghhh...why is this team always going for 90s style edginess. So awful. We make a lame word mark jersey, and we have to try and make it look "hard-core" with black shoulder stripping.
If a Nickleback video was somehow turned into a hockey jersey, it would look something like this.

I'd agree with the "decent design, bad logo" view on these.
If they really wanted a wordmark Calgary or Flames jersey, there were bound to be better options than this.

Meh, it's not as bad as I was expecting. Put a Black C on that instead of the Wordmark and its an upgrade over our current home. It doesn't seem to gel with the stripes on our current pants either, all black would look better.

I'm OK with it, as long as the Flames don't wear the jersey in actual games, and it's not available in stores.

Hey, since you have a template for the jersey already made up, can you make a change I've been thinking about just to see how it looks? remove the front Calgary script and little flaming C, and replace it with a bigger version of the alternate logo that's currently on the shoulders. Then put the normal flaming C on the shoulders instead. Something tells me that would look pretty sweet.
