CBC ripping the Oilers...yet this same panel has been praising them for how many years? No #### the Oilers are bad defensively I could have told you that years ago

Oh? then explain how they were 18th in goals for last year.

And Weekes 'their stars are the envy of many teams'

Umm, you mean all those teams that are ahead of them in the standings?

When will people start judging this team based on results instead of hype?

How this Oilers team keeps getting all this praise is so far beyond me. They've literally done jack squat and show no signs of improvement from year to year.

To answer @FriedgeHNIC's on air question, re: Yakupov vs Murray, and I suspect he knew answer: Yes, majority of EDM scouts wanted Murray.

its not just about drafting...the Oilers should be making some deals

build a TEAM not 6 guys who do the same thing. I like how the Flames are building a TEAM
