They are just so goofy and embarrassing. I really hope Hartley pulls a Keenan and vetoes these abominations.
I mean, the shoulder patch isn't completely terrible, but it's really not that good either.
You don't promote civic pride by having your hockey team wear these Chinese knockoffs.

Lose the flaming C on the front and it would be better. Makes it too busy as it is. Love the shoulder patch though.

The same reason all teams make a new 3rd jersey ever so often.....money. Everybody and their dog has a retro jersey not much more they can do with sales on that.
I'm just amazed they did not make it yellow.

It's gonna be years before I buy another Flames jersey if they don't redo the primaries (or replace them with the retros).

Ha, I would too. Can you arrange the $ part?
Personally, I think the Flames already have one of the best logos in the league...it doesnt need to be messed with just to be messed with. These jerseys should be an exercise in color and stripes/shapes. It's really not rocket surgery. Definitely no need for a hokey Stampede font.
