No gun involved except the police and their wild shooting.

Hmmm

Chick in car with a baby (and no gun)

Doesn't like what the cops are saying to her

Decides to leave hitting a cop in his car

Cops fire at her like she has a nuke in her trunk

She's shot to death

Thankfully the 1 year old is ok, but lets ask the question? was she a threat to the whitehouse with 20 cop cars and likely helicopters on her ass? was it necessary to shoot her?

Good ol USA

She tried to drive through a barricade at the White House, then hit a Secret Service agent, then hurtled towards the Capitol , stopped there and slammed the car in reverse and into a police cruiser.

Now...what were they supposed to do to stop her? She was aa very clear danger to both police AND the public...should they have just allowed her to carry on as she pleased? Asked her politely to stop?

Good grief.

It's not as easy as the movies make it out to be.

This is a lose, lose situation. but the person should know that running a cop over will be met with deadly force

Firing guns at a speeding car on a public street with hundreds of people around because some chick freaked out is not or shouldn't be an answer.Since she didn't have a weapon and had a baby in the back seat how about stay back, follow her from a distance and arrest her when she calmed down.

An innocent baby or others could have died, would you like to be the shooter with that on your conscious?

Good grief my ass!

They didn't know if she had a bomb in the trunk of her car, or anything else. When you mess with the secret service they don't take a chance unnecessarily.

LOL...and exactly how would they know this at the moment she is trying to run them down with her car?

You are a living absurdity.

Actually a car makes a pretty deadly weapon when you start hitting people with it.

Wouldn't the car be a "deadly weapon" anyhow?

I think some people have a distorted view of what is realistically possible/police responses from watching too many action movies.

There is probably one hell of a story here that may never be told.

She was driving a nice car, not something you might use in a Landroveresque type manner.

Her picture looks normal; heck quite friendly.

She had her one year old with her.

What could possibly have triggered the stunt she pulled?

Some other pictures show her in Hospital scrubs so she may be a nurse too.

I hope this thing isn't a comedy of errors. I hope she didn't take a wrong turn and go into full stupid mode smashing the gas instead of the brakes and then just freaking out leading to her death.

Support your quirky one liners. I'm not an NRA member no more than you're an AA member.

Honestly curious if its possible for you to ever make a point without resorting to non stop petty jabs at people who you deem to be wrong. It's painful to read, I feel embarrassed having read it.

"You are a living absurdity." Seriously?

She was driving a 3000 pound projectile, you mewling, onion eyed hedge pig!
