The thing is that unlike the Oilers they have some good defensemen which to me leads straight to poor coaching as Noel has to either implement a better system or get his guys to buy in to the one he's supposedly using.

I think he will still get 6M/season but MacT being the shrewd negotiator he is will only give him 6 years instead of 7.
