Yeah, the Flames have an entire new broadcast/media room, entirely new equipment that they've only had about a week to set up and work with unfortunately, seems like they're still working out the kinks. I don't think they expected to be able to broadcast any preseason games (which is why they're being streamed not on Sportsnet).
As an aside the NHL video player is 10x better then it was in previous years.
