I was wondering if the Flames were interested in signing him as he could have provided some veteran leadership for the young players we have here now.

I find it really strange Morrow didn't get signed by any team until this point. He is a good hockey player, is not a defensive liability, was a Captain for years and more important he is your classic pest that is effective at at that every team wants to have this kind of player.
Smart signing for the Blues i think.

Rumours out of Vancouver is that they were kicking the tires on Morrow. My guess is that the Blues offered the most money. Looking at their lineup and i don't see him in the top 9.
