Yeah, or you just went into jersey creator in NHL14 and made this god awful jersey.

I agree. Why would Calgary send EA sports of all places a bunch of potential prototype jerseys? It's not that difficult to simply put it in the game once they are released...

This is just how I would do it in that style. Looks a little more Flames and a little less team Canada. (excuse the one minute paint over job..)

It's not terrible, but I agree that it is rather dull too. It seems to be the going trend these days though.

No chance this is real.
1) your buddy would not risk his job just so you get a sneek peak.
2) By now they have decided which ones to go with. They have to gets these things made ( manufactured), that takes a lot of time.
3) As others have said, you can make that jersey using a video game.
