I'm sure every team employed it, and I really don't find it that disgusting. This a high stakes league, you do what you have to do.

Didn't Cary Williams push a ref in the Super Bowl?

He didn't even say it was the bears and they were talking college football at the time(despite what the video title says).

That's outside of the game so I don't think it lives under the same rules, but I like your effort. That's some lawyerly thinking right there.

John Harbaugh has signed a contract extension. He had two years left on his deal and got a 4 year extension. Its believed to be around $7 million a year. Very well deserved.

Painful and repetitious enough with the pregame show on for an hour in the background. Now having to listen to Michaels and Collinsworth try and ad-lib off script for another 25 minutes is painful. They've shown the weather map 4 times in 10 minutes...basically out of ideas already. Then, of course, lets throw the panel back onto the field, with a lightning delay, with umbrellas.

8:55 ET kick off. I feel bad for NFL fans who live on the east coast. I have to be up for work at 5:30 on weekdays, there is no way I'll last past halftime.

If only this game was in Baltimore like it should have been. Lousy baseball.

They could've played yesterday. NFL was being asses. Don't know why that's such a no-no.

Yep. Perfect weather around here. That Doppler they were showing didn't look like much. All the green is not very scary.

Isn't that moron Peter Angelos the greatest? Knowing how great he thinks he is likely sitting somewhere laughing his ass off.

Has nothing to do with "scary", they have to follow specific protocols especially during a severe thunderstorm. It should pass rather quickly but we've had a lot of late night thunderstorms lately so it could be an ongoing issue throughout the night. The NFL deserves it for turning Mile High into Flacco Field for the week anyhow.

Can you not challenge spots in the NFL?
That was an awful spot on the third down catch by Smith and likely makes it 4 and 2 if they throw the challenge flag.

Spot challenges are tough to overturn, not worth the risk early in the game.

Adam Gase's coming out party is quite unimpressive so far.
Edit: Welker is obviously another New England plant sent to destroy the Broncos.
