Executive Suite Rental / Property Managers

I was wondering if anyone had a recommendation for a good Property Manager dealing in Executive Suites. The g/f has a location right of 17th that we're thinking about furnishing and renting out as a suite. I figure getting in with the major player in town for this would be a good idea - problem is, I'm not sure who to turn to for that.

Seems quite attractive, for the cost of some inexpensive furnishing (yet tasteful) rents seem to be in the neighborhood of $3,000 a month. I suspect you'd halve that to the management company but still that seems to be a heck of a lot better than renting to Joe Average... any catches?

Don't know about specific companies, but the rates aren't anywhere near half... last time I checked it was 12-15%.

Maybe grab one of those free rental magazines and see who's ads look good, call a few and get their opinion on your place.

Oh yeah, I actually had someone from there come out once when I was thinking about using management company. They were very helpful and nice.

Sweet. Can you also arrange for Jack Bauer to "take care" of some co-workers I think are a threat to National Security?
