In the article he states a member of the investment group said everything was fine and in place while another source said its not. It looks clear to me that the article isn't trying to sell what he has heard as fact.
Nice of the previous poster to only post a portion of the article and not include a link. Either way, it's not on someone to disprove a claim, it's on the person making it to support it.

Yeah that's not really how it works, the person making a claim needs to support it. Otherwise I could just throw out a claim that the Sultan of Brunei bought the Coyotes and quite likes the desert locale and it would be on you to show me that isn't the case.
The discussion isn't between the author of the article and Bouw; no one here made a claim. Bouw, however, did make the claim that the article is fiction. Hence, he places upon himself a burden of proof.
I continue to hold a position of disbelief with regard to either scenario (buying/moving) being on the verge of completion. This thing has been a 'clusterfata' from the get-go, and I have a difficult time taking anyone's reports at face value anymore - especially Daly and Bettman.

No, everyone else here just takes the claim as gospel, and when someone dares to call that out they need to line-up with proof to do so.

The one truth in all this is that Sunnucks is probably batting .100 throughout this entire saga in terms of accuracy. I doubt he's making things up; he just has no filter.
The guy is a click farmer, the more hits he gets on his articles the more valuable he is to his employer.
The sad thing is that, the real hockey media bites on this stuff as though it is the Gospel. When it's 95% made up nonsense, positively OR negatively regarding the Coyotes.
