Mitchell looks like a keeper. I can't see how the Stamps can't protect him now in the expansion draft. He's no secret anymore. I like Tate but he's injury prone and Glenn is just too old to protect.

Yeah, if Tate gets injured again this year, I'm not sure Ottawa would take him anyway.

Not to be a dick, because I'm sure Glenn is a quality person and all, but I'm glad he got dinged up too, after Tate got hurt.

That's why Huf should protect BLM over Tate and Glenn. I am sure Ottawa would take a stab at Glenn first. One other QB that i think will look at is Drew Willy of Sask or Reilly if Eskies decides to protect Nicholls instead.

If I was the Ottawa expansion team taking a QB my first choice would be Zach Collaros from Toronto. I can't remember if I read this correctly from someone but Ottawa doesn't plan to take guys who will be free agents in February and Kevin Glenn is. So I think you can scratch his name off the list.

Mitchell has all the physical abilities to be a great QB. I think he is playing himself into the starting job

How can you not run with him as starter now. He's got everything you look for in a qb, and tonight he's showing poise accuracy and making the right play. Add in his legs size and big arm he's the prototypical qb.

I doubt that they'd take Glenn. I bet they'll be looking for someone who they can build around for the future.
