Heading to calgary in little over a weeks time. Is there anywhere at this time of year where I can catch some hockey?

Hockey Canada Olympic Camp runs Aug 25 - 28th, not sure if that works for your schedule.

Find an indoor rink with ice, they are likely hockey schools or rec hockey games going on.....enjoy!!!

firstly many thanks for even opening the thread

i do agree with the thread title... appropriate.

size 11uk 12 across the pond.. led to believe this is above average.

working my way from Vancouver, Kelwona, Banff then (Calgary Sat 3rd - Wed 7th August).

Yes unfortunately I didn't just join the forum this month... read alot don't really comment on much as i've never been to an actual NHL game. sorry to disappoint. Enjoy watching on gamecenter though.

Just wanted to see some hockey when I was over.... wrong time of year i know.

I'll come over to your place but I'd prefer a beer, although i'm guessing I might even head down town. Don't want to sit indoors playing a computer sorry.

would prefer 'jerry' closer.... more likely to respond to this than 'Gary'.

Looking forward to visiting your city again.
