During the WJ tourney, Granlund put up a lot of points but I didn't think he was dominant, like Gaudreau was for example.
Well we are seeing here why he put up the points, his shot is lethal - he just buries every chance. That, and he is smart positionally.
I think Granlund is going to get a long hard look in September.

Like Tim Harrison's game, seems to agitate well too.
Could be a good find for the 3rd/4th line.
And Gaudreau sets it all up again.

Poirier has looked much better this time around. Must have been some nerves in the first scrimmage.
Really liking Seiloff's tenacity.
Granlund doesn't seem like a guy with a standout strength in any area, but always plays smart, always in good position and makes his chances count.
A lot of d-men quietly having a solid showing. Aaand a nice goal by Ramage!
So nice to have genuine interest in multiple prospects!

Agreed.
I have been saying since the first time I saw him that he should play the right side - it gives him a better stick angle to make plays.
Also, he is all over the ice anyway, and it's not like he's a boards player.
It would be a big boost to the Flames positionally if he were to play RW
