I think Alzner's from BC, but I do agree, I'd love to have an Alzner on the Flames. Good contract IMO.

It's the Hitmen connection that confuses most people (myself included). I've always thought he'd have been a great player to have here as well.

No doubt. Subban, Leddy, Hamonic, and this signing are setting a nice precedent for up and coming defenseman contracts
