Can remove texture and level 5 for smooth ceilings if one desires.

I should add a quick note that he is a nice guy. I can't vouch for my work because my job sucked and I live in Cochrane so it wasn't worth the hassle trying to complete. He was very punctual on his time for stopping by and nice guy to deal with!

Not really interested in small stuff, esp if your budget is unrealistic. For example, No good tradesman going to come tape/mud a garage for 500. Other than that, don't care what the job is as long as your budget is fair.
Is it possible to ballpark estimate how much it would be to insulate, board and tape a 24 x 24 garage?
I've got a tiny job that probably isn't worth your time. Also looking for someone who does baseboards, 1, any interest in a tiny job, 2, any buddies that do baseboard/casing work?
Actually, considering some pot lights in a ceiling, totally forgot about that. I'll come back with measurements for the ceilings.
