Drafted free agents

Folks - any player drafted in the NHL but not drafted in the CPHL is now up for grabs. This used to be first come first serve, but last year we changed this to standard free agent rules. Open bid. Best bid (per year average salary) gets the player.

Not that I have. Normally there are a couple guys in the 2nd that go - not sure if that's the case this year or not.

I already have Mattias Janmark Nylen, have had him on my roster for almost a year. Didn't know he was still draft eligible, or drafted for that matter.

As should you to see if any other team had him before offering just to be sure. It was a mistake on my end as I thought he was not eligible to be drafted. I did not check to see if any of my players were drafted as I didn't think any were eligible like I did last year with Fredrik Andersen. It was an oversight. It happens once in a blue moon.

I should check if 29 other teams made an error and didn't put their player in that thread??? Get real.

For a guy who claims 5th liners on waivers, signs every play on earth from the NHL, AHL, ECHL and Corner Brook Senior Hockey League, you should have known you had a guy who was draft eligible and posted in that thread.

Don't blame me and tell me I should have checked! As you have said you made a mistake and it was an oversight.

there's a search bar at the top of the main roster page. just type in the player's first name (or last, but euro's have those odd letters in their name so it doesn't always work) and it comes up with a list
