This is why you rebuild through the draft. it is way to expensive to acquire these players through other means when you are trying to rebuild.

One of the rare blockbuster trades......we don't see them anymore. Now trades are mostly deadline deals, or a good/established player for prospects, or a salary dump.

Massive deal. Don't understand it from Boston's perspective though.
